We are a small, established business serving a high-level clientele in the financial and legal sectors. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to client emails
Receive and process legal service of process
Deliver and retrieve documents from the Texas Secretary of State’s office (located two blocks away)
Manage billing processes and deliver completed documentation to clients
Maintain organized internal records for archiving and quick retrieval
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to provide additional coverage as needed for workflow, vacations, or absences.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn internal accounting and proprietary software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, courteous demeanor with a client-first mindset
Compensation:
