Laundromat Attendant - Part-Time Position
EZ Coin Laundry, a leading laundromat in our community, seeks a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Laundromat Attendant. With a reputation for excellent customer service, we aim to create a pleasant and efficient environment that meets all our customers' laundry needs.
About Us:
EZ Coin Laundry is a coin-operated laundromat offering comprehensive full-service wash-and-fold and delivery options. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe facility for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
The Laundromat Attendant will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility
- Assisting customers with the use of machines
- Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register
- Handling wash-and-fold service, including washing, drying, and folding customers' laundry
- Performing minor machine maintenance and reporting any issues to management.
Working Hours:
Our hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with flexible scheduling available. We value work-life balance and aim to provide shifts accommodating our employees' needs.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Honest and trustworthy, with an ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Personable and customer-focused, with a positive and friendly attitude
- Comfortable working independently and able to solve problems on the go
- Previously experienced in a similar role or customer service environment but is not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but is not required.
