Your Job Responsibilities of a DISPATCHER:
Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them.
Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers.
Qualities of a DISPATCHER:
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Fast Paced Environment-Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction
