You'll be:

The friendly face of TTEC, providingface-to-face customer service or answer incoming calls in our Austin walk-in centers (either at12719 Burnet Rdor2420 Ridgepoint Dr).

Aproblem-solver, researching and answering customer questions withcompassion.

You have:

6+ months of customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and computer skills

Fluent bilingual English/Spanish speakers a plus!
