WORK DESCRIPTION & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Coordinating continuous account maintenance contract customers schedules, billing, and sending reports to different governing jurisdictions along with scanning and entering data and reports into software for this industry.

-Answering phones and emails helping the customer and scheduling technicians for different types of services that we provide.

-Creating work orders, filing, scanning, entering information on industry software program and maintaining records.

-Ordering records and reviewing details of those records for scheduling.

-Managing fleet vehicles with registrations and inspections.

-Quickbooks Experience a plus.

-Self motivated, proactive and inquisitive to learn, organized, attention to detail oriented and critical thinking a plus.

-Competency to balance numerous tasks while needing limited direction once trained.

-Coordinates with team members to resolve problems and customer issues.

-Follow up with service work orders communicating with customers and team members.

H.S. or GED equivalent is required. Some college hours helpful but not required. Related experience and or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in customer service is desired. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft products. Must be able to use general office machines.
