Responsibilities
Co-create strategic vision and long-term operational growth plan
Implement clean systems for accounting, fulfillment, and marketing
Oversee e-commerce operations (WordPress, WooCommerce)
Manage remote teams, writers, and creatives with clarity and compassion.
Translate vision into measurable, profitable action
Qualifications
2+ years of proven success in startups, wellness, or conscious commerce
Fluent in accounting and project management tools
Comfortable navigating censorship and alternative-media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication — clear, grounded, and human
Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Suite, and social media systems
Strategic, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
