Self Storage Office Manager part time position. Ideal for a retired person with extra time. This position is for three days a week for Brushy Creek Storage Depot which is located in a nice neighborhood on RR620. This facility has gated access and rents: (1) climate-controlled and drive up storage units, (2) covered storage for boats, RVs and campers and sells (3) boxes and storage supplies.
Starting salary is $18.50/hour, plus leasing and annual bonuses. Days/hours: Thursdays (9am-5:30pm), Fridays and Saturdays (9am-5:00pm). Another Manager works Mondays throughWednesdays and is available to assist. This position is not for full-time employment.
No prior experience in self storage management is required, Employees are fully trained prior to assuming responsibility. Duties include renting storage and boat/RV spaces, accepting rental payments, making deposits, generally keeping the facility in good condition and responding to customers' requests.
