Provide ongoing support to merchants and customers, resolving issues promptly.
Gather feedback from merchants and customers to improve platform features.
Track and analyze onboarding and retention metrics, reporting findings to the founder.
Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners as needed to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns and social media.
Requirements:
2+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with basic CRM and project management tools.
A passion for supporting small businesses and fostering community growth.
