Are you a seasoned bookkeeping professional with leadership experience? We're looking for someone to step into the role of Lead Bookkeeper and take charge of our bookkeeping department. In this position, you'll guide a dedicated team, interact with clients, and ensure all bookkeeping tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
This is a fully remote role, though preference will be given to candidates based in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and proven experience leading teams. Professionalism is key, as you'll be representing our company in client meetings and kick-off sessions.
Sales experience is not required becuase you will not be performing sales calls—just your expertise in bookkeeping and leadership.
