Responsibilities:
- All work is performed at our office location
- Manage all aspects of multiple company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconcile accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Utilize accounting software to record and track financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support during audits
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks with 5+ current years experience
- Proficient in general ledger accounting and technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of GAAP and ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
