- Responsible for supporting global end user computing platforms insuring high performance and reliability.
- Administer endpoint security controls and privilege management tools at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Document and implement endpoint security controls as it relates to the end user computing and server platforms.
- Support the End User Computing operational teams in fulfilling service requests and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Prior experience troubleshooting Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts (or similar scripting language)
- This position is not eligible for work authorization assistance
- Prior experience with endpoint security, including administration and troubleshooting security products on the endpoint
- Experience with Endpoint Security Tools, such as McAfee ePO
- Prior networking background a plus
- CISSP and/or Security+ certification a plus
