Salesforce Tester II – Digital ExperienceTexas Health Resources is looking for a top skilled Salesforce Tester II. Is that you?Work location: Remote – Must live in DFW or be willing to relocate. Required to attend in person meetings at corporate office in Arlington.Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. with some on call rotation.Department highlights:· Innovative, collaborative and fast-paced environment· Opportunities to learn and advance in roles· Supportive and transparent leadership· Work from home life balance· Inclusive and supportive team attitudeHere’s What You NeedEducation· Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business or related field required (4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree required.Experience· 3 Years Testing experience with minimum 1 year of testing experience on Salesforce platform (Required) AND,· Ability to design, build, execute, and document various testing scenarios including system, integration, user acceptance, performance & end-to-end testing (Required) AND,· Deep knowledge of various testing platforms and test case development tools (Require AND,· Experience with Agile software development methodologies & sprint/scrum processes (Required) AND,· Knowledge of cloud-based CI/CD tools (preferred)License/Certification· Certification working with testing tools like selenium (preferred)What You Will DoResponsible for the THR Salesforce quality assurance testing that will include design, development, configuration of system and integration testing for the THR enterprise Salesforce cloud environment, including but not limited to: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, VCC PExA accelerator app and other THR developed apps.· Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process, testing and defining support procedures.· Writing test scripts/executions from user perspective.· Analyzing user’s stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.· Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).· Providing support and documentation for all Salesforce testing.· Maintaining and update standard operating procedures, as needed.· Participating in change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes & improvements in overall performance.· Coordinating activities with the various THR Business administrators.· Assisting with integration testing and data validation between Salesforce and various other platforms.· Working closely with other team members to develop/implement business rules, test scenarios, test case development and executionAdditional perks of being a Texas Health employee· Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.· A supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth.Texas Health Resources Highlights:At Texas Health Resources, our mission is “to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve”.Our award-winning culture is a tribute to our amazing employees.
