Here’s What You NeedEducation· High School Diploma or Equivalent Required And· Associate's Degree PreferredExperience· 1 Year Customer Service Experience Required and· 1 Year Call Center Experience PreferredWhat You Will Do· Provides extensive on-site and virtual wellness consulting that supports Texas Health Provides timely and professional responses to program inquiries, educates about available EAP services, and routes inquiries to their respective areas when appropriate.· Connects participants with appropriate EAP resources, schedules and coordinates EAP counseling sessions, transfers crisis situations to the clinical staff for appropriate assistance and collaborates with clinicians to ensure seamless coordination of care.· Serves as main point of contact for all WorkLife requests, which includes assessing WorkLife needs through targeted questioning, researching community resources, and developing referral letters.· Performs follow up with customers to ensure needs are met.· Participates in additional departmental tasks as needed and provides administrative support for the EAP team.· Provides high-quality customer service through active listening and effective verbal and written communication skills.· Maintains knowledge of Texas Health EAP services, Texas Health Behavioral Health services, and other relevant THR departments.· Continuously builds on knowledge base of Texas Health EAP services and other internal support programs.· Multitasks and thinks critically in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to changing customer and business needs.· Protects the confidentiality of client information and adheres to enterprise and departmental policies regarding confidentiality.· Adheres to and consistently meets individual and department goals, metrics, and guidelines.· Enters relevant client interface data into the EAP documentation/case management system according to established metrics.· Maintains timely and accurate real-time documentation.Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee:· Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.· At Texas Health, our people make this a great place to work every day.
