Tire Tech.-
Mounting, balancing, and installing tires on semis
- Inspecting tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Identifying trends in tire failure and implementing effective solutions
- Rotating tires to ensure even tread wear
- Assisting mechanics with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by working with mechanics effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Other Required Experience:
A valid, insurable Driver’s License.
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
The desire to be an integral part of a TEAM.
Commitment to being on time.
Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management.
Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
