The Client Technology Specialist is responsible for providing customer support, facilitating training, performing software testing, and maintaining applicable documentation in a professional and timely manner.Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. Guides customers in the functionality and custom use of their Turnkey software using online and/or on-site training methods

Responds to incoming customer issues via phone, email and/or chat sessions and ensures timely resolution and appropriate follow-up

Provides training and information on the software offerings of the company in response to customer needs and inquiries

Maintains accurate software documentation and provide customers with new information for the software products

Maintains technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems.

Performs software testing and document results

Communicates professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Follows established department and company processes and procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Job QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Ag-Business/Ag-Ed; or minimum of three (3) years of comparable professional experience

Strong technical acumen including proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills, especially around technical matters

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly

Self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Accounting or feedyard accounting experience

Working ConditionsPhysical Demands

Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday

May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment

Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors

Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.

Environmental FactorsThis position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The potential compensation range for this role is below.
