Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design & Development: Create and customize educational programs, lesson plans, and materials for students across different age groups and subjects.
Student Support: Provide one-on-one or small group sessions to support students' learning needs, helping them improve their understanding and skills.
Instructional Coaching: Offer guidance and professional development to other teachers or tutors, focusing on online teaching best practices and strategies.
Assessment & Feedback: Track student progress and performance, providing actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Online Learning Environment Management: Ensure that students have a productive, engaging, and supportive virtual classroom experience.
Technology Integration: Help integrate educational technology tools (like Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) to enhance learning and streamline the educational process.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure consistent communication and student success.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
Experience as an Education Specialist, Online Educator, Curriculum Developer, or similar role.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
Experience working in a remote or virtual learning environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or specialized certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent).
Background in special education, STEM, or ESL teaching is a plus.
