One of Texas’s privately owned insurance brokerages, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative for our Amarillo, TX office.
Customer Service Representatives at this location are Responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial and personal lines of insurance to include:
· Process and Invoice policies
· Assists clients with making coverage changes and completes all service requests efficiently.
· Maintains detailed customer records in the management system (AMS360)
· Answers or refers to the insured's questions and concerns regarding policies.
Skills and Abilities:
· Ability and desire to work with people.
· Strong organizational and time management skills required, with attention to detail.
· Team player with a positive approach to co-workers, clients, and agency
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written-Bi-lingual Preferred & P&C license
· Highly motivated, self-starter
Location:
· Amarillo, TX
Experience:
· 1 year of Commercial/Personal Insurance experience is preferred.
· Must be able to obtain license after 1 year of hire.
Systems:
· AMS360 experience is preferred.
