Location: Addison, TX Position Type: Contract Job Summary: In support of team to define, build, implement and manage policy, standards, agile transformation, technical requirements, and operational support and governance routines for Data Management. Qualifications: -Highly Organized -Analytical Skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Experience in Development and Execution of Internal Controls and QA (Compliance/Risk/Audit) -Experience in transition from manual to automated processes -Experience in managing large volumes of Control Evidence -Experience in partnering across teams to identify/provide solutions -Agile Transformation background a plus -Excellent MS Office skills Desired Skills: -Program, Project and/or Change Management experience -Technical aptitude with understanding of non-technology change as well -Ability to work independently, with team and with partners/executives at Enterprise level for facilitation of cross-functional practitioner/executive engagement, routines, and activities -Support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed -Critical thinking to identify themes across organization, gaps or improvements in team process including: -Team workflow coordination -Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities, and prioritize to meet deadlines -Ability to acquire new skills autonomously -Understanding of, and compliance with, business ethics -Analysis and problem solving -Drive action across Enterprise for remediation -Respond to leadership and partner requestsVacancy caducado!
