Management activities include the development and implementation of plant policies and procedures aligned to Company goals and objectives, enforcement of company policies and procedures, the preparation of budgets, coordination of work unit programs, and coaching, development and discipline of team members.WHAT YOU'll BE DOING
Ensures the goals and objectives established by the Department head are communicated to team members
Establishes plant policies and procedures that support the overall mission of the product line and Company and ensures compliance.
Works in conjunction with Operations Managers to track performance against established objectives and takes immediate corrective action to ensure goals are realized.
Identifies process improvements and makes recommendations to the Department Heads.
Builds constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers, and is committed to meeting customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREducation: High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years years of equivalent experience.Field of Study Preferred: Construction technology, business, economics, public administration or related field. Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.Required Work Experience: 3-5 years , Five years supervisory and two years multi-site management experience desired. Three years of maintenance management experience Required Training/Certifications:Licenses Preferred: Commercial Driver’s LicenseWHAT WE OFFER
