Partner Business Success Program Manager

But we will not do it without a robust partner ecosystem leading partner offerings and solutions and that’s exactly where this role comes into play.We are looking for a highly motivated program manager to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels Partner Success Team in efforts to accelerate and scale the success of our partner business. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow’s biggest priorities.Primary Focus· Evaluate and interpret key customer and partner success metrics.· Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable strategic decision making· Drive data consolidation, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization of target accounts for program adoption· Work cross-functionally to structure problems, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders· Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives· Measure and report on project/program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.· Coordinate with stakeholders for the flawless execution of the project. Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
