With 50 + years as the leader in Intralogistics Solutions, Malin is looking for a Site Coordinator to work within our Systems Department and assume responsibility for conveyor and material handling system projects. Oversee operations to ensure site safety standards are followed
Establish and manage relationships with customers and suppliers
Should be proficient with project management software
Coordinate project site activities manufacturers, installers and freight companies ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Make scheduled site visits to ensure project progress and report to management as necessary
Process approved project change orders
Interact with Project Managers, Engineers and customers as required to ensure necessary coordination and good communications QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience
3-5 year’s experience as a Project Manager for material handling system provider, or closely related field General
Willingness to travel nationwide up to 75%

Physical Requirements
Ability to drive an automobile and travel using public transportation including airlines.
