Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Position SummaryA Technology Delivery Lead, is responsible for planning, coordinating, end-to-end management and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the project health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.

Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.

Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

Manage project financials

Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Support resource planning for delivery/execution

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery & business understanding

Good working experience in Agile environment and understanding of agile development methodology

Adaptable/flexible to respond to changing business demands

Track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to:

Interact productively with team members across multiple locations and time zones

Present project health and status conditions clearly and concisely

Engage with senior management / executive level management as needed

Ability to learn new tools and skills required to perform the role as well as to understand the business and existing systems

Extremely organized and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), Jira, and SharePoint

Self-starter, self-motivated and delivery focused

Very good attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

Good time management skills
