This role involves offering legal services to clients by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to commercial properties. Responsibilities: Provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, risk management, zoning and title review Handle negotiations with developers, investors, lenders, and other parties representing our clients Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for commercial real estate transactions, including loan documents and lease agreements Offer legal advice on financing structures such as secured lending, joint ventures, and equity investments in collaboration with other attorneys Conduct comprehensive due diligence and manage title and survey reviews for real estate transactions Facilitate the structuring and closing of real estate and financing transactions Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient deal completion.For confidential consideration, email your resume directly to:rosemarie.jonesroberthalf.< com >Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active Texas State Bar membership in good standing.3-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions.
