About the Role:
This is a remote, performance-based sales position focused on connecting individuals and families with high-quality wellness products. You’ll work independently using our digital tools, CRM system, and structured training modules to support your daily activities. This is not an inbound call center job — this role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, consistent, and comfortable with direct outreach.
What You'll Do:
Connect with pre-qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and text follow-ups
Educate customers on wellness product options using provided product guides and FAQs
Process online orders and ensure accurate tracking in our sales system
Use our provided digital platform to manage your workflow and track customer progress
Participate in scheduled team meetings using Zoom to share insights and get updates on product releases
Follow a proven system for consistent customer communication and retention
Qualifications:
Prior experience in health, wellness, education, or customer-facing roles is helpful
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, task-oriented, and comfortable using online tools (CRM, email, Zoom, etc.)
Able to work independently and follow a structured sales process
Reliable internet connection and computer or tablet
Compensation:
This role is results-driven. You retain profits directly from product sales. Income potential varies based on effort and performance. All profits are earned upfront and transparent.
