Currently seeking an experienced maintenance Technician with HVAC certification
Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment buildings.
The duties and responsibilities of an Apartment Maintenance Technician include:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and repair
Responding to residents’ maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Inspecting buildings, appliances, and systems regularly for any signs of damage or wear and tear
Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and systems
Carrying out preventive maintenance to avoid potential problems
Assisting in the cleaning and maintenance of building grounds and common areas
Maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and making orders when necessary
Adhering to safety policies and procedures, and ensuring that all maintenance work complies with relevant regulations and standards
Communicating with residents to gain feedback on maintenance issues and their resolution
Performing emergency on-call service on a rotating basis
