Qualifications
Minimum 1-year hands on construction and handyman experience.
Having your own tools is a plus
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Completing all items on punch or checklists
Painting, ability to basic drywall patch and
Electrical and Plumbing experience a plus
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, squat, Perform other duties not listed
Strong communication skills
Some knowledge in residential construction
Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Have own tools is a plus.
Extremely reliable & dependable (time management & punctuality)
Team player and ability to follow tasks
Ability to work full-time in the outside elements (heat & cold)
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Caulking around trim, baseboards, cabinets,
casings, and other fixtures
Flooring, Tiling experience
Plumbing and electrician experience helpful
Inspecting, identifying and documenting
damaged areas
The Production team member is responsible for using their knowledge and experience in different areas of construction to get projects completed
The team member will assist with the daily production functions, but not limited to, manual labor, operation of basic hand or power tools, and working closely with other staff to ensure customers are satisfied and projects are complete
Benefits
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour plus bonus
