Job Description: General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Salary: $50K - $56K + Bonus Potential

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee operations at our innovative Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and hands-on 85% of the time
Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
Monitor all operational processes to maintain streamlined service and consistent performance.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Implement staff development initiatives to improve productivity, skills, and morale.
Customer Satisfaction
Maintain the highest levels of customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer concerns.
Regularly review service feedback to refine operational processes and elevate guest experiences.
Quality and Compliance
Uphold strict adherence to food safety and health regulations.
Ensure menu consistency and product quality align with brand standards.
Conduct regular checks to sustain cleanliness, order accuracy, and speed of service. Financial Performance
Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales, costs, labor, and profitability.
Develop and manage budgets, and ensure cost control, while maximizing efficiency and profit margins.
Qualifications
Experience 1-3 Years of previous QSR GM experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in QSR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success in team leadership and conflict resolution.
Solid knowledge of QSR processes, including inventory control, scheduling, and operational workflows.
Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Proficiency in business tools, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic office software.
Preferred Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with implementing performance-based strategies to enhance operational outcomes.
Understanding of emerging trends and innovations in the QSR sector.
