Warehouse Counter Sales Associate

This role will be located at a customer's branch in Abilene Essential Job FunctionsMeeting and exceeding customer expectations both over the phone and in person when fulfilling orders and helping with productsRefills inventory with additional stock as necessary to insure highest level of customer satisfaction and choice  Assists customer service representatives as well as warehouse associates at times when additional assistance is needed to meet customer demand Understands product capabilities, warranties, product usages and challenges, to further educate and serve external customer.  Ensures counter area and other areas of store are neat, clean, and always stocked Pull customer tickets to fulfill ordersLoad and unload Summit trucksEnsure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times
