We're looking for amotivated, quality-driven

Hospital Cleaner/Housekeeperto join our team. The Cleaner/Housekeeper willensure a sanitary environment, securing and maintaining tools/equipment used to perform the day to day work and performing other duties as assigned or requested.

Your work will include:

  • Maintaining the floors;dry/wet mopping floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing that includes patient rooms, washrooms, common and entrance areas
  • Replenishing any used or missing supplies (hand sanitizers, toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap)
  • Dusting all visible surfaceswhich includes but not limited tolighting fixtures, window ledges and vents.
  • Wipes and polishes office furnitureandwindows
  • Spot cleaning walls, partitions, light switches and doors
  • Cleaningand polishingchrome and stainless steel
  • Adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Healthcare Guidelines
  • Participate in educational programs and in-service trainings.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A great attitude!
  • At least one (1) year experience in cleaning/housekeeping
  • Able to communicate with supervisor, client and general public
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Able to lift up to 25lbs.
  • WHIMIS certified (Training can be supplied)
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
