As Territory Partner Sales, you will help support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess expertise sales management or  partnership management and cloud solutions and will have a practical understanding of working with regionally based partners as well as Global Alliances. They will have demonstrable ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling and technical challenges, to help us build compelling value propositions with our partners to bring to joint customers. This will involve working closely with our Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, Marketing and the Customer Outcome teams to grow the pipeline together with our alliances and channel partners in the territory. The candidate should have a proven track record of driving both tactical and strategic outcomes through an ecosystem: influencing innovation through a strategic partner ecosystem, deal expertise, and business development experience. You will be empowered to develop and own the go-to-market partner plan, which is an integral part of our sales plan for the territory and aligned to our short- and long-term targets at ServiceNow and with our partners. The successful candidate must balance strategic-thinking with tactical execution; build effective and enduring partner relationships, drive highly cross-functional processes, possess a sound technical understanding of ServiceNow’s technology, and have an appreciation of an alliance's strengths.What you get to do in this role:· Lead and grow our go-to-market partnership in a dedicated Territory.· Manage key partnership areas with strategic partners namely - strategy development, stakeholder engagement plans, joint offerings, tactical execution, and alignment of go-to-market functions.· Work with ServiceNow partners to co-create new business.· Ensure our partners provide successful projects to customers.· Support joint sales pursuit activities to guide field interlock and accelerate account growth through joint go-to-market plans.· Ensure partner ecosystem operational thoughtfulness, consistency, and business review governance with ServiceNow and executive partners from regional partners.· Develop plans to assure partners are well positioned to sell the value of the Now Platform and to provide successful customer implementations (through proper competencies, certifications, and committed co-delivery plans).· Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans.· Be ServiceNow’s advocate for strategic partner differentiated offerings and value.
