Terminal Manager - Whitehorse

This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Whitehorse terminal and the surrounding service area.Day to day operations located in Whitehorse, YT, including Customer Service and Administrative responsibilitiesEnsuring Health and Safety standards are maintainedEnsure Facility and Vehicle maintenance requirements are metObtain optimum use of equipment and personnel, as well as ensuring that service standards are met or exceededMonitoring and control of daily reports as required coordinate work schedules for terminal  operations and ensure proper staffing levels are in placeWork with Human Resources on recruitment, training, coaching and disciplinary issuesUse of a Company Truck
