Seeking an Experienced and Reliable and Construction Project Manager for on-going projects in the Virgin Islands. We service the entire Caribbean at times however primarily in the US Virgin Islands.
We are a veteran company (over 12+ years) headquarter on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands servicing a wide range of clients: from Residential to Commercial, from Government to Small Business and Major Corporations… we even have Marine and Aviation divisions.

Duties include:
Supervise / oversee current team-members (and possibly others you may appoint) and monitor their hours and progress.
Manage / oversee equipment, supplies and materials
Ensure team-members have all supplies and materials needed for completion of the project.
Ensure Quality Control before relinquishing the building structures back to the client and staff.
Communicate consistently with Operations Director as to progress daily.
MUST have your own car and cellphone!
Individual must currently live on STJ or STT, no exceptions. If you currently live in the States, that is fine but please note: we will not pay to move you to the islands and house you. You must do that on your own and then you have a job here, not the other way around! << Please re-read that last paragraph if you are at all confused about the arrangement >>
Side note: regardless of your experience level, you will be expected to start out doing ALL service aspects of which you will be expected to manage. This is because we need to be assured you know first-hand the exact tasks involved and how each step/stage integrates with all other steps/levels.
Pay based upon Experienced - BONUSES to be included based upon Performance
