Low Key Watersports has been offering diving charters, scuba instruction and a retail shop in St John in the U.S. Virgin Islands for over 30 years. The company has expanded to include boat charters as well through our sister company Ocean Runner Powerboat Rentals. We have a great team, we love what we do, and we have a great time doing it. Our company is constantly growing, and we are currently hiring part-time and full-time Retail Sales Associates!
This position requires the following:
Excellent verbal customer service skills
A professional and friendly personality
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
Retail experience preferred
Experience with Fareharbor booking software a plus, but not required
Knowledge about boating and scuba diving is helpful but not required
Ability to stand throughout your shift and the ability to lift 25lbs
This position will be responsible for the following duties:
Greet customers and assist them with purchases and rental of snorkel gear
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Assist customers on the phone and in person with scuba diving and boating reservations
Maintain the retail store in a clean and organized manner
Assist with check-ins of customers who are diving and boating

Retail hours are 8am-8pm Monday – Saturday and 8am-6pm on Sundays
A typical shift is 8-10 hours.
