We are looking for an energetic professional who can juggle office administration with operational demands.
This is not only a desk job - you will be helping to manage operations and overseeing activities in the building
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-billing customers;
-inventory tracking and receiving shipments;
- fleet inventory and managing service
- daily schedules for staff of six and contractors
- ordering parts
- customer follow up
- tracking parts and inventory on excel spreadsheets
- dispatching calls for customers
Must have office experience.
Must have experience with Excel and Microsoft.
Quickbooks experience preferred.
