Job Description Summary

We are on the lookout for an organized, enthusiastic support team member who is committed to offering HR support for our 20-person pediatric therapy team, providing an outstanding onboarding experience for our new hires, recruiting skilled therapists to our islands, and coordinating student interns & volunteers in our clinics in St. Croix & St. Thomas. All with the mission of empowering children with special needs and their families while enabling flexibility and positive personal growth in the lives of our team members!

Essential Job Responsibilities

Recruiting/Hiring: Creating and posting job ads, strengthening recruiting process, conducting initial interviews.

Onboarding: Coordinating the new hire experience including contracts, licensing applications, and orientation.

HR Support: Personnel file management, administering benefits, ensuring legal HR compliance, and collaborating with the clinic director on expanding and improving employee experience.

Student/Volunteer Coordination: Maintaining relationships with graduate schools to coordinate student placements, recruiting and orientation for student volunteers, ongoing improvement of volunteer program.

Systems & Operations: Collaborating with the team on continuing to update clinic policies & procedures, exploring ways to automate and improve processes for an improved experience for our team and families.

Qualifications/Skills

Flexible - Positive - Excellent communication skills - Attentive to detail - Desires to learn or advance skill set – Punctual – Collaborative & Compassionate – Computer proficiency (email ninjas highly preferred) – Thrives in a fast-paced environment – HR or Healthcare Management experience - Loves having FUN with a dynamic team!

Part-time or full-time options available, starting at $25/hour, flexible scheduling. Opportunities for a combination of in-person and remote work. Healthcare benefits for full-time.
