Sunset Grille is seeking an experienced Breakfast Cook for weekend shifts. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts, but additional weekday morning and evening shifts are also possible.
Requirements for our ideal candidates are:
Two years experience cooking in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant
Advanced technical skills (knife techniques and styles, meat temps, meat/fish fabrication skills, time management, and sanitary practices)
Punctuality
Understanding and valuing teamwork
Flexibility to work morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
