We are looking for Line Cooks who possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individuals must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic line cooks with a passion for food, strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Cruz Bay, St. John, United States Virgin Islands as a Line Cook at Hinds Hospitality Group. The Line Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and cooking meals to order. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and have a passion for creating high-quality cuisine.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
