Immediate opening at a luxury villa on the East End of St. Croix seeking a part time local host to meet & greet guests, be their on island point of contact, maintain home inventory, oversee housekeeping, & more.

Local Host Services:
- Purchasing of pre-arrival groceries from list provided from EE Destination Manager.
- Pre-arrival check of home to make sure housekeeping is complete and home is spotless, pre-arrival groceries have been stocked, and all Equity Estates consumable items have been replenished. Set the house in a welcoming setting. Check lightbulbs, walls for cobwebs, printer, turn-on outdoor lights, and main television (tuned to a music channel) to welcome incoming Members.
- Meet & Greet Members at the residence for the arrival.
- Provide a welcome tour to familiarize the Member with the nuances of the home.
- Check-in with the Member once during their stay and remain available to them by mobile phone between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to answer any questions and provide concierge services as needed.
- Meet or contact the Member the night before departure to see if they need assistance departing the home by 10:00 am and provide a fond farewell.
- Occasional service trips for Members as requested during their stay.
- Post-trip review to check for any items left behind or any damage caused by the prior Member. All appliances and lights should be checked and in optimal working order. Check Sonos and thermostats to make sure they are set correctly. Report any damages with an Incident Report.
- Supply and oversee Housekeeping services. (supply of housekeeping team is not required)
- Maintaining of EE home inventory items.
