Brand New Beachfront Fine Dining Restaurant seeking to hire an experienced Executive Chef to take our restaurant to new heights.
7 Years experience Chef Experience minimum.
Executive Chef Experience with Spanish / Mexican Cuisine is a plus!
Candidates must be exceptional leaders that will work with our teams to create the best dishes and culinary experiences on island.

Leading Service
Ordering and Managing Product
Managing Food Cost
Maintaining Health and Food Safety standards
Hiring Boh team
Managing BOH hours and overtime
Enhancing dishes and recipes
BOH Scheduling

Must be a strong leader with the ability to keep cool under pressure.
