Job Description

  • Have full responsibility for the management of China Business
  • Set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy form launch to scale, including long-term goals
  • Identify business challenges, propose analytically grounded, well-researched solutions, and drive execution
  • Analyze market data to identify business development opportunities in line with the plans
  • Oversee annual business operating budgets and deliver fiscal year revenue and profit objectives
  • Attract, retain and develop world-class talent, including making recruitment decisions
  • Invest in strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
  • Leading teams and influencing Sector resources to effectively utilize manpower and assets to maximize efficiency and profitability in accordance with business unit objectives

Qualifications

  • Minium 10 yearsin Business Development & Marketing experience
  • Educated to advanced degree level
  • Extensive experience in a senior management role leading senior staff, ideally Fin-tech or Block chain related
  • Experience with M&A activities
  • Strong relationship builder, who can flex their style and influence to build effective relationships with targets, partners, customers, investors, etc.
  • A highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable dealing with change and ambiguity.
  • Being sensitive to the market trend and responsive to changes of customer behavior
