Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executive staff.

Provide support to various departments as required.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Español, written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with office management software.
