Aguadilla, Anasco, Hormigueros, Isabella, Barceloneta, Toa Baja, Rio Grande, Toa Alta, Vega Baja
We cover full state so if you see an area not on here please feel free to reach out with your coverage area by county and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer/laptop with high speed internet
Smart Phone required

Clean Background, Aspen Grove ABC number. ( if your not sure reach out)
REQUIRED TOOLS:
Basic tools
Air compressor
Truck and trailer to remove debris from properties.
Riding lawnmower/Push mower
SKILLS:
Must have experience in the Property Preservation Industry/ Hud Guidelines
Know how to winterize a property to Hud standards
Change Locks to Hud standards
Roof Repair/ Tarp
Install gas and electric hot water tanks a plus
Re-glaze windows
Board up doors and windows
Know how to perform various home repairs
Grass cuts
Take pictures according to photo policy (before, during and after)
Experience with PPW is a plus
