You Have:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and Puerto Rican laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment.
Understanding ofothers' complex or underlying needs, motivations, emotions or concerns and the ability tocommunicateeffectively despite the sensitivity of the situation.
The ability to build rapport with all employees.
Excellentwritten and spoken English and Spanish communication skills.
