Our workplace culture has been recognised through recent employer awards, positioning us as one of the top places to work in Australia.Representing our client in the Independent Grocery channel working across Greater Sydney with occasional  travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of our client's iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.Key Responsibilities
    Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
    Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
    Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
    Driving sales results
    Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
    Implementation of layouts
    Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
