Fuels Maintenance Technician
The Position
Fuels Maintenance Technicians are key in the retail fueling industry. Your knowledge and skills in installing, maintaining and repairing fuel dispensers, leak detection equipment and other equipment related to the industry are crucial to ensure fuel is provided safely and timely.
Flowco Sales and Service is creating a list of qualified applicants to fill several openings for Fuels Maintenance Technician.
Job Description
Perform installation, maintenance and repairs of dispenser equipment at Gas Stations &
Commercial Sites with underground and/or aboveground storage tanks.
Inspect and maintain clients UST/AST leak detection system.
Good understanding of Guam and Federal EPA Standards.
Qualifications
Must possess a strong approach to SAFETY.
Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines, policies and procedures.
Good understanding of Service Station Safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
Must be a team player.
Willing to work daytime hours and/or be on-call after hours and weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain certificate in Gilbarco/Veeder-Root leak detection systems and fuel pump repairs.
Basic knowledge of fuels Service Station construction practices a plus.
Possess excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
