Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the freight forwarding, logistics, and shipping sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the industry and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions and services.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Attend industry events outside of Guam and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industries.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
