The qualified candidate must be physically able to carry out the functions of the warehouse involving heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks. The Warehouseman must be flexible and able to perform all duties as described below:
(Puller And Spacer)
Pull orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining proper and accurate inventory count to match the inventory in the computer system.
Ensure that inventory items are readily available and accessible for pulling and distribution.
(Off Loader)
If designated as off-loading team, will be responsible for the timely and efficient off-loading and receiving of incoming containers of inventory as follows:
Uses all proper receiving forms to conduct a full and accurate check of merchandise received on the counter.
Records all damages and/or temporary storage of off-loading merchandise until it can be received by the main warehouse.
Ensures proper storage or temporary storage of off-loaded merchandise until it can be received by the main warehouse.
(Delivery Assistant)
We are looking to hire a highly efficient driver helper to assist company drivers with all deliveries. The driver helper’s responsibilities include loading and unloading products by hand or by use of hand trucks, collecting all rejected products upon approval by customer service, and ensuring that the delivery vehicle is clean at all times. You should also be able to build and maintain solid inter-departmental relationships to ensure effective communication.
(Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED.
2 years experience working in warehousing.
Proven customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
