We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our project coordinator and ensure the smooth operation and running of various projects.
Skills recommended, but not a must are the use of Microsoft Office products, mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook in addition to use of a Xerox copying machine.
Reliable transportation required to and from work and for work-related activities.
You will be supported and trained by our project coordinator.

Computer Proficient w/ Experience Primarily in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook Email
Able to set appointments using Outlook Calendar
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain project documentation
Assist in typing reports, memos, and other project-related documents
Able to Search & Research for Office Services and Supplies
Assist in computerizing project data for easy access and retrieval
Handle phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and note down messages
File and organize project-related materials for easy retrieval
Assist with errands, involving delivering or pick-up of documents/items, bank payments, purchasing or dropping of supplies, in addition
to other tasks
Experience
Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles
Ability to manage calendars effectively
Familiarity with office management procedures
Good proofreading skills
Knowledge of phone systems and call handling protocols
Experience in filing and organizing documents
