Permanent Part time: 16 Hours a week minimum
Days: Sunday (Required, flexible hours) + one other day
Pay Rate: $8.25 to start
$8.50 after six months
$9.00 after one year

Typical Day :
Janitorial includes cleaning a buildings restrooms and mopping the common areas for morning cleaning. Once finished, move onto yard work - watering plants, sweeping leaves, trimming plants and planting plants, cleaning yard and clear roof top of leaves, etc. Final check of restroom before you leave and make sure everything is stocked. Twice a month clean company car. Once a month, bush cut and water blast other properties. Must know how to operate machines.
If you don't like manual labor, cannot commit Sundays and/or believe you're good for this job, then do not waste time applying. Hire asap.
