Starting Pay Range: $9.50-10.00 DOE
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Looking for a helper to work with Maintenance Technician
Landscaping - trimming, bush cutting, disposal of debris, sweeping grounds, etc.
Water blasting and cleaning grounds including parking lots, residential lot and buildings.
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry.
Painting, tiling and other tasks related to renovation and improvement.
Clean, maintain restrooms and hallways.
Must be able to carry and lift heavy equipment.
Know how to operate basic hand tools.
Drivers license preferred.
